fantastic stay

free shuttle birthday decoration great onsen

the hotel is close to the train station. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus. The staff helped with a surprise birthday decoration for my sibling at short notice. The onsen, sauna, steam bath and swimming pool were great.

the room was not big, but had all the necessary amenities.

the spa includes an outdoor jacuzzi and a beautiful lobby area. The hotel provides a ski room that is big and well maintained. There is also a games room with ping pong tables and baby foot.

the breakfast had many options including eggs cold cuts sausages cheeses fruit and bread. The hotel offers afternoon snacks in addition to breakfast. There are also good restaurants for days people are too tired to venture out.

the hotel is a short walk from the train station. Quick access to ski areas is possible by bus or taxi. The hotel is close to town yet set away from the hustle and bustle offering a quiet atmosphere.

bad attitude unhappy driver

the breakfast was acceptable, with a decent variety of options.

The check-in staff had bad attitudes as if i owed them a living. The free arrival shuttle driver was not happy, greeting us with no reply. the room was cold, but the guy who came to check seemed unhappy to be called and rolled his eyes when he saw the balcony door ajar, saying 'impossible. we don't open it.

The panoramic family room had plenty of space. It featured beautiful decorations and a view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast included a nice variety of well-prepared food. The staff exhibited professionalism and friendliness.
