I had an amazing stay at the Alpen Resort Hotel in Zermatt, where the accommodations were spacious, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, making mornings a delight. The spa was a definite highlight, providing a soothing retreat after a day of skiing. However, I'd love for the temperatures of the hot tubs to be a bit warmer, which could improve the relaxing experience even further.
